Guarantees on futons (by Futon Etcetera)

All our mattresses-futons are guaranteed five years in the prorata on the anormal collapse of the foam with the exception of the mattresses-futons of the polymousse range which are guaranteed five years on the tufftings and the sewings. Mattresses-futons Summum and supreme are guaranteed 10 years in the prorata. In any cases if the merchandise is return without any authorization through no fault of Futon Etcetera will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

General information
To Futon Etcetera, we contribute to the recycling of raw materials.
We use fibers recycled with cotton 50/50 and 15 % of polyester.
The first and the last layer inside the futon are made by fibers of polyester. They offer a protection against the fire which meets the Canadian safety standards.
